2 AI Prime on 36" tank? Thoughts...

I'm still researching lighting for my Deep Blue 57 and was wondering what peoples thoughts are on the AI Prime HD. I'm thinking 2 would cover well?

The recommended coverage for a single prime is 18x18, so with a 36 inch tank and two lights you should be covered

You know, I have one of the HD26s. They are very nice and cover very close to what the older version Hydra 52s. It’s really about a 2x2 area that it covers. They’re nice lights for 200$.

Perfect! How high do you have them off the water? Do you like the programing app?

They’re about 11in above the water line.. and I found the app to be very tedious as far as programming goes... I just found a light schedule on this forum and went with that
