Sounds like they are doing well. One person I know got insane growth from them. He is the only person that I have seen get that kind of growth. He started with one polyp about a year ago and now has over 30 polyps....
Yeah, would love to see a photo!

Feeding seems to be the key to their growth. I had originally purchased two from you and at first they were just barely hanging on...after I adjusted my tank, flow, lighting, etc, they started doing much better...but would never grow/spread. I decided to start feeding them and about a week later I noticed babies. I kept feeding the main polyps/babies and then they crashed and left me with the two original polyps...I figured I may have overfed them.

Now they're going strong again and I feed about once every 3 days and little babies keep popping up.

May be hard to tell from the pics...using a cell cam... I took a pic of the top view and a pic of me holding so you could see the babies.

Beautiful scolys. Even better prices. So good to see a vendor on here that isnt taking everyone to the cleaners1smile1

I never tried feeding them, seems as if that really helps. I had them a couple of years and got some growth but nothing to brag about.
Looks like the baby polyps are growing in really nice! Did they keep their color or morph some from the original color?

Thanks!! They look much better in person. Figured that they would have been sold by now...

Every one is totally different. Even the two polyps I got originally are completely different from each other.

Mike - I am sure I do. Ill look through Photobucket to see what I have.

All of these are from the same colony. As Speg stated, every new polyp that grows in is different. Unfortunately, I was unable to find a colony photo. I got 2 colonies about 3 years ago and they were just a typical ugly green paly and within about two weeks they were amazing. Less than 20 frags were sold so I would image there are not many polyps out there due to their typical growth rate.

Thanks! Thats what I like the most as well. I use to have a colony photo that was amazing. It looked like a variation of polyps all on one rock. All of these photos were from a good while back and from what I recall most if not all were taken with a point and shoot.
