2 bulbs on ATI T5 not working

So I just noticed two bulbs (#4 and #5 slot) of my 8x39w Ati Dimmable fixture aren't working. I swapped in new bulbs and they're still not working. Manual mode 100% on both channels. I am guessing it is the ballast or is there anything else I can try before ordering?

How old is the fixture? Under warranty?

Yea it looks like it is still under warranty. I didn't think it was, but I double checked after you asked. Thanks

Let me know how they handle it. I've heard of this happening and I have an ati fixture as well. Curious as to how they handle it.

Caps end can be with a bad contact to the lamps. Check that first. Turn On the light unit and twist a bit not working bulbs.

Hey, just thought I'd let you know. ATI was very quick to help me out with this issue. They sent me a new ballast and made sure I knew how to install it. I followed the instructions and I've been up and running all weekend. I believe the person's name that helped me at ATI was Keith. He was awesome and I would not be hesitant to purchase a product from this company based on the customer service that I received.
