The Chemi-Pure Blue 11 oz treats 75 gallons of aquarium water for 4-6 months. In reality, this all depends on the bio-load in your system. I typically monitor my chemical filter media with an ORP reading which is also a great way to monitor the cleanliness of your aquarium water in general. When your ORP level starts to drop you know it is time for a media change and/or water change.
