I currently have 2 different size pumps and I wanted to use both to plumb my 220. I have 2 holes drilled on each side of the tank. How should I plumb this? Do I have each with their own hole or do I somehow connect the 2 pumps to one line then have the one line end up going to the 2 holes on each side? Not sure what my best option here is

You can have multiple lines split from the pump, as 1 goes to tank, 1 goes to else where, etc...
But having 2 pumps connect to the same line will cause backpressure on both pumps, even more on the weaker one. Even if they are the same model, they wont be exactly the same, and with age/fittings, they will vary.
