2 heaters on one controller?

So I had an idea that I'm wondering if anyone has done. Basically It would be 2 150 watt heaters (for the same tank) plugged into a heavy duty dual outlet power adapter, then plugged into a temp controller like finnex or inkbird. As long as the wattage doesnt exceed the rating of the controller would there be any issues? Is the dual adapter an electrical hazard?

I don't do it for the same reason I have 2 heaters. If the controller fails then both heaters fail.

I've ran three 100 watt heaters off a inkbird before through a power strip. No issues.
