2 hitch hikers.. Please help

One i can get a picture of and it is a small polyp with green like arms then a purple ring and green center.. My tank is a 10 gal all in one nuvo still being cycled and these guys started to grow. Second is i just noticed all this like microscopic white dots moving on the glass of my tank.. Id take a photo but only have a cell phone.. Not sure how itll turn out

What are the little small white bug things? I thought it was just a grain of sand but it reacted to my movment and ran off. How can zoas grow in a uncycled tank?

Oh and since you can see it in the picture whats that pink blob? Theres a few on my live rock..

foraminiferen likely dead.

Its live rock so its cycling ammonia. those are pods, copepod amphipod isopods
