My tank is just now 6 months old.
I've had this coral exactly 2 months.
Not too bad for growth me thinks, and it has kept it's beautiful color. :)

My TCK Highlighter has done pretty well, too over the past 2.5 months.

This dinky little guy was put in 3 months ago.
Rough start but is turning out very nice.

Wish I had my tank dialed in like that ..I get that growth in a year sadly and yes under g4 s lol. Awesome job

Nice growth! care to share tank parameters?

Sg - 51 ms
Alk - 8.0 ppm
Calc - 440 ppm
Mag - 1320 ppm
Nitrate - 1ppm
p04 - last i checked it was super high, over .2 LOL! My chaeto was crashing though. I cleaned that up so its probably much lower now. I need to recheck. At one point it was down to around .07.

I dose the 4 Triton Base Elements. I'm up to about 55 ml/day.

.

I'm officially adopting you as my role model. I've never been able to get anywhere with my tank.

Question about your signature. Does that automatically update based upon your Aquaticlog entries?

Corals look great. What is your lighting schedule and intensity?

Awesome job bud! Wow!

The problem is that many reefers often blame a certain piece of equipment or product for the failure of their reef. The fact is that given the proper tank chemistry coral can grow very well under all types of lighting and equipment combinations.

Thanks for this thread!

haha!
The sig is supposed to update automatically, but there is a problem with the way R2R caches images.
It works fine on my local forum.
I just updated it manually. The one you saw earlier was at the 1 month mark.
*edit - actually I'm still seeing the old one. Not sure why.

I run the AB+ program at around 80% i think, and the lights are 17" above the water.
I have three over my 47"x31" tank.

Wow! My G4 Pros are on an RMS (so 8-9", I think) on the AB+ at 65%. I reduced the intensity because my coralline growth stalled and my two test SPS STNed. I'm working on getting the balance of nutrients and parameters.

Thanks you sharing , i was still undecided on Radion G4 .. you just help me make up my mind

Awesome mate :) installed my G4's 1 week ago... can't wait for the results :) :)

what's your PAR readings ?

BTW. great photography, as always ;)

Pedro
Thanks, Pedro. :)

The blue numbers below are sand bed near the front glass, the yellow are all near the center of the tank.

has this tank been ran on G4's since day 1?
First 3 months with G3 pro, second 3 months with G4 pro.
The frags came from a variety of different lighting.

Thank you :)

Intresting I'm running higher PAR and also having crazy growth :)

Bottom, ~230 .... Middle ~420 .... Top ~560

Your using AB+, me too. How did you handle the new channels?

I personally got the Violet to 100% and left the Warm White at 5%

:)
