2 more 165w LED full spec lights above tank !!

Just took delivery of the rest of my light set !!
Surprising the difference it makes when the other two third's of the tank is lit !!!!
What do you think ?

They are just the Chinese ones you can buy on AliExpress or eBay .. I'm sure they are the same as mars aqua only these have wifi and an app for your phone .. very easy to program and use I find . never done t5s or mh .and I don't have the money for a kessil or geissman ..

I bought a lux meter awhile ago , I'm gonna see what my readings are one day this week !

im looking at the mars aqua ones. they are UL listed electronics some of the other ones arent. idk if it really makes a difference. but the daisy chain optiin the mars aquas have is what i like. and not to hijack this post but do i really need automated lights? is it that much of a difference? tank looks amazing by the way

I probably would have gone with a mars aqua if I had an apex controller , but I'm a long way of affording one of them ..

Coming from a mars aqua owner, your tank looks great.

With automated lights, they always come on and turn off at the same time everyday, therefore the photo period is constant and that is something that is good in our tanks, like water parameters being the same all the time

No I haven't had time yet, hopefully this weekend ..which ones did you get ??

Looks good. I also run Chinese LED's over my reef. I'm noticing great growth with all my corals too.
