2 opposing gyre heads on in wall tank- best program?

I have an in wall 180, with the overflow box on one short end. I had a single xf250 gyre head horizontal under the box, which was awesome, but the intent was always to run two gyre heads.

I just picked up the second xf250 head and intend to put it horizontal in the opposite end.

I was planning on running the Oceanic Gyre Cycle, but wondered if anyone had any clever programming templates for creating a lot of random flow without creating spots where the sand builds up or recedes?

As an aside- I moved the single head to the opposite end to the box, and what a cluster. The overflow now surges constantly, despite the head being on constant 30%. I hope that won’t be an issue once I’m running two - hoping some destructive interference with the waves will lessen the impact on the overflow box— since that would suck. I’m planning to switch out this point of sale box soon anyway and this might be the time to do it.

Funny/ that’s where I ended up today, except 50% max. Pulse, 6 seconds, anti-sync

I don’t like the surging overflow though.

Think I’m going to end up running them both at 50% continuous, synced, opposite each other.

Waste of controller capability, but the overflow noise is really frustrating as my wife works from home and the business side of the tank is in her office. No bueno

Yeah i'm able to adjust my redsea overflow to eliminate the noise.

So I was wondering about these Gyre pups. I have a 5' 180 gallon in wall. One end has an MP60 and the other end has two MP 40's on high and one low. I was thinking about putting one of these on each side of my middle overflow. Have a bare bottom tank and don't want anything setting on the bottom of the tank. I rather it all get stirred up till its gone. But I have never used one of these so not real sure how they work or flow compared to the MP's which seem very focused.

mine run 8 different cycles throughout the day. most notably.. ocean chill mode when the light go out and OMG what is happening..both heads full blast for 5 minutes when the halides kick on..
