2-part dilution

Does diluting 2-part reduce precipitation around the dosing area?

As my PH has begun to trend higher 8.3-8.5 Ive noticed the precipitation chunks in the water become more visible and the build up around the dosing area increase. Would diluting the 2-part (and increasing dosed amount) and dosing more potentially solve that issue?

Dilution may help, as will dosing more slowly, increasing flow and turbulence where it is added, and switching to a lower pH mix.
