Who knew that keeping artificial aquatic habitats required so many supporting devices? After rearranging some aquariums, I finally decided to grab a bag of cable ties to organize the mess. It still looks like a mess. I can really understand now why so lots of folks run their cables through walls to dedicated rooms. Sadly, not an option for me.

So, this is a question to you. How do y’all go about organizing dozens of feet of cables into some semblance of sanity?

(The aquariums themselves are a mess I know, it’s maintenance day, and I hate bryopsis)

You describe a true problem— one that most of us are familiar with. Fortunately I have a wooden stand that easily allowed me to screw a cable management box to. It’s not nearly as elaborate as many people’s set up, but it is functional.

I like that. I like that a lot. I wonder if I can make something like that work here

I shut the doors to my stand and never post pictures of under my stand. It's gotten so I don't have space inside my stand that I've had to start a little box beside the stand. It's obviously still a work in progress.
