So I ordered my sump and have been planning on using 2 ecotech vectra s1’s with my setup. I just assumed everything would fit but now I’m concerned there’s not enough room in the return pump section of the sump for both s1’s. Return pump section is 15.5” x 6”. The vectra s1 footprint is 3.5” x 6”. Just don’t want them touching each other or the walls to cause unnecessary noise or vibration. Do you think I’m ok?

I do not think you will have issue since total length between the 2 pumps is 12" and you return section is 15.5". Just make sure you plumb them to have space. What size tank do you have that will require 2 return pumps?

125. Just want to have backup Incase of any issue.

I wouldn't worry about the redundancy being plumbed, but it is good to have it readily available (at least that is what I do). As long as you have circulation in your display from your powerheads you will be fine if the return decides to stop working on you. Also when plumbing it, make it easy to remove just in case.
