I have a 180 gallon tank with shallow sand bed, LR, a 40 g breeder sump with a protein skimmer, filter socks and a small fuge are with chaeto and caulerpa. Mu livestock consists of 1 Yellow tang, 1 Blue tang (both around 3 to 4 inches) 1 maroon clownfish, 2 firefish, 1 coral beauty, 2 columbian shark catfish (10 and 7 inches) and 1 Common cleaner wrasse with a small CUC. I feed them twice a day and sometimes give them a little bit of Nori (which even the cleaner wrasse likes to eat) and these are my questions:
1. My nitrates wont come under 20-30 ppm, would it be safe for me to transfer my BTA from the QT to my DT?
2. Am I feeding too much? and if so, How can I make sure my cleaner wrasse is fed enough without having to feed everyone else all the time?
