So i have a hair algea problem i believe thats what algea i have please id it!

And its getting out of control! And im wondering if it from not enough flow is by return pump not powerful enough for my biocube 29? Next qustion is my water has a bunch of particles floating around! Why is that what can i do to get rid of them!

Is it because theres not enought flow? Is my return pump not powerful enough? Sorry thats what i meant to write i have a problem with writing.

Have you tested water? You need to test for phosphates and nitrates. Most nusiance algae problems are caused by excess nutrients usually from overfeeding. Flow is important but nutrient reduction is a must.

Well i have a protien skimmer i dont have a phosphate tester. But the problem is probaly the phosphatees so how do i bring them down?
