2 Skimmers in a display tank

Is it possible to have 2 skimmers in my displayy tank they do not work in my sump due to water level , Can`t see them when my display as they are smokes glass will this cause a problem in my sump as both skimmers don1t work in m10 gallon sump as watr levels are too low

my water level in my 10gallon is too low too runn skimmers so in the dislay tank they go can`t be seen as they are smoked and my back tank is painted black hard to see them unless you look really hard

yes I know but my water level on run is low but when pumps are shut off allruns good so they need the right level so that`s why in the display

clear water never had a 36 with milkey warter all my other tanks clear as a bell in 4 weeks

clear water seems to be working now in just 3 hours

Don`t thing so 2 skimmers in sump yes 2 in displsy no

If they are hob skimmers or meant to be used inside a display then ya you can use them both.

yes but skimmers dont work in sump because of water level only a 10 gallon sump for a 36 display

inside have both now in my diplay both working great one on like skimnthe other on heavy

There's a different type of skimmer for a sump. The type you have is supposed to be almost completely submerged in your display tank. It's not made to work in a sump.

Well because I only have a 10 gallon sump and my skimmers will not work there because of water levels ,have both of them in my 36 gallon display , can`t really see them as they are smoked glass but they work well, water is much clearer now ,sump is now just for cheato and macro (dragons breath) .new sump light with new glo-lux bulb 5000 kavins see how it goes
