2 small white spots on Foxface

Just noticed these 2 spots on the left side of my Foxface above his fin. Something to be worried about, or possibly just a piece of sand or debris stuck in his slime coat? Trying not to freak out too much about anything like ick or worse

it could be sand stuck to his slime coat just keep an eye on him for the next few days
