I have an established 100 gallon mixed reef tank. It currently has 2 clowns, 1 sixline wrasse, and 1 cleaner shrimp. Would it be OK to add a yellow eye kole tang, then a blue throat trigger, then a yellow tang?

Should be fine. 100g is borderline for the trigger.

Anything to watch for as clues that he needs to go once bigger?

Would you suggest adding them slowly in the order outlined above, or does it really matter? I think the order above is generally viewed as least to most aggressive.

Look for a fish that is disproportionately large to the tank, pacing the glass, and more aggrezzive than normal for the species.

Order is fine.
