Just wanted to share my experience.

Last night power flickered for a second and afterwards bulbs 4 & 6 were no longer working. I did all the usual diagnostics with the dimable sunpower fixtures and deducted it must've been the ballast that controls those 2 bulbs.

2300 hrs yesterday I sent a email to ati customer service. As of right now, a new dimable ballast is on its way via ups overnight and is due to arrive tomorrow. I did pay and extra 25 bucks to get it here overnight, but the fixture is still under warranty and is the only cost I have incurred to repair it.

Great job everyone. This is my second experience with ati for this sunpower fixture, and while I'm not sure I'd buy another dimable unit, I would definitely buy another ati product without any doubt. Thanks for making this experience as pleasant as possible.

Nah. It's already done. It's easy if you've opened the fixture up before.
