It depends on how much rock you have in the tank. I have a bonsai structure in one tank and need half the power heads of what a normal tank would use.

4x2x2 is a 120gal and +1 if you have less rock you need less flow.

Are you doing SPS?

Depends what you put in the tank. I have two tunze 6095 controlled by a 7095 and a wavemaker for my 120. I have quit a bit of rock though and I do a mixed reef so the flow is needed. I think the 6055 would be ok with limited rock and softies for coral. If you want more rock and sps I would bump it up or even find a used wavemaker and I think that would be plenty with the 6055.

I would buy the new 6095 shrouds they are suppose to be amazing for the 6055 this is if you are set with going with only two 6055's

I plan to stock LPS and softs mostly. I'll tune down my rock work.
