I have had zero additions/changes in at least 5 months. Was cleaning glass and doing 5 gallon change and repointed the fan and saw these two hiding behind fan. I'm certain these were not there as recent as a few months ago. Only changes done are water changes, no new fish, no new corals/rocks etc. They look like they are attached and kind of egg shaped, and may have a hole with an opening and lots of thin tentacles coming out. This is the only two I can find anywhere in the tank and they are maybe 1/5 of an inch in size? Should I take the fan out and remove them, or are they something I should leave? No other issues with the tank.

Tank inhabitants: 2 Clowns, 1 goby, 1 pistol shrimp, 10 snails, 1 frag with kenya tree frags, 1 frag with frogspawn

Thanks for any help!

I shouldn't pull the fan out and clean them off? Assuming they will go away over the next few water changes but don't want them to multiply.
They’re common in new tanks and will go away over time. You can scrape them off if you want.
