Don’t know exactly manufacture date
They both working like champs
One of them has a leg of the wet side cover ( the nozzle) broke and missing, ( see photos ) you can leave it like that or you can buy a new nozzle which is $5 dollars on ecotech webside, or buy a guard no protect you fish.
But both working perfectly, no noise, no shaking, nothing.
