2 xr15 + REEFLINK problems

Setting up a reef link and 2 xr15 gen3 pro; finally have both lights connected to reef link and showing on Ecosmart Live. My problem now is that one light is running the schedule but the other is constantly ON and the buttons are illuminated a yellowish orange color? I have tried unplugging, rebooted, calibrated, deleting and adding lights back, and even got out the Ouija board with no luck. Im probably missing a step but cannot figure out what the problem is......any ideas?
