I believe He had a pipe burst and almost drained the tank. He is a member here and has a thread not sure what its under.
He also builds and sells aquarium equipment now, protein skimmer and calcium reactors and maybe more. I think his company is Aquarium Engineering

Oh yeah, I Recall now that catastrophe. Came back strong though!

I guess There is a market for 12 - 48" diameter skimmers. I'd love to need one.
