Hi everyone! I'm getting my 20gal ready to set up again and begin cycling within the next month or so. I just need to build my sump and decide on a return pump, then I'm ready to go! I was hoping to get some feedback on the stock list, compatibility etc.
I'm planning a reef with mainly LPS and a few inverts.
Fish list.
Wetmorella tanakai wrasse
Lawnmower blenny.
Valentini puffer.
Talbots damsel.
Inverts.
Nassarius snails.
Short spine urchin.
2 Red skunk cleaner shrimp.
Would the urchin be safe with the puffer? I don't see a puffer being able to dodge the spines to get to the urchins body, but something tells me those super hard teeth would easily demolish the spines anyway.
Would the shrimp be ok with the puffer? I've read a few times that a lot of predators welcome cleaner shrimp/wrasse and won't eat them, even in captivity.
I know of the aggressive nature of most damsels and I know they're impossible to get out of a tank once they're in too
I'm also aware of the potential dangers of the puffer nipping corals, but I don't mind the risk.
Thanks in advance everyone!
