20 gallon IM Peninsula AIO l

I have a 20 gallon IM peninsula AIO tank, it’s been running a few months and I’ve started to add some some frags (mostly Zoa’s- they seem to be doing good, but I think they could be doing better) I haven’t upgraded anything that came with the tank as of yet. I’m worried that the flow isn’t enough for some of my corals especially my anemone. Last time I put a wave maker in the tank my anemone closed up, and went for a ride. Since then he has t attached to anything for more then 30 mins- 1 hour. I also feel that the pump that came with isn’t strong enough. What would you guys suggest to do, to get the flow I think they need?
