20 Gallon Long Flow?

Hi, setting up a sps coral quarantine tank and am wondering what everyone’s opinions are on flow?

Ideally I would only have one powerhead as it’s just a quarantine, would a single powerhead be sufficient or would I be better off with something like a gyre? Possibly 2 smaller wavemakers?

i feel like in a 20 gallon long one powerhead sized and placed correctly would be sufficient.
