Welcome to R2R! I wouldn't pay too much attention to your Nitrate reading until your Nitrite reading is at, or at least close to zero. The Nitrite can make your Nitrate reading higher than it really is. The ammonia to nitrite part of the cycle is usually quicker than the nitrite to nitrate part of the cycle. Hang in there. I agree with @Kristopher Conlin on the temp setting. We usually find that keeping most reef tanks in the 77-80 degree range is easier to maintain.
