Is 2 ocellaris, a mandarin, and a possum wrasse too much for a 20 long?

Also there is a really big thin striped hermit in there. Like 4-5 inch shell. Hes huge. He is very agressive, and he ran down a few shrimp I put in and tore them apart. Is a mandarin too slow to outrun him? Or is it a bad idea to mix them?

I personally would not put and mandarin/dragonette in anything less then a 120 gallon tank and you would still need to repopulate/boos the pod population now and then.

I was planning on weaning it to frozen

It would be fine for the possum wrasse and clowns but not for a mandarin. You can (sometimes) train a mandarin to eat frozen/prepared foods, the problem is they still need to eat pretty much constantly.
