Ok so TLDR: what biotope are we currently considering?

Lagoon with softies mabye lps mabye sps macros but more coral dominant, mabye mangroves then nano oddballs like jaw fish or sail fin Caribbean blenny or clingfish

If I put chaeto and a scrubber in my fuge will it grow even without a light because the viparspectra is so bright?

I’m trying to research how I can make my water as clean as possible w/o a skimmer and lots of sites are saying algae scrubber or a hob refugium

I might try this. I really want to be able to organically control my nutrients with water changes and macroalgae export as opposed to a skimmer because it eases maintenance when I’m on vacation

Last night I was looking at UV for my tank, and I found several small hang on UV for tanks your size. And, they are decent prices for a start up.

I don’t think I want a Uv, it might kill of benefical stuff. Would the viparspectra light the fuge in its spread? I’m probably gonna do like 12” above
