Just did a quick google search on herpes in koi carp lol.
Sure read something about it other day also.maybe on r2r idk.
brits give them poor koi herpes ( i dread to think how )
Im a brit by the way and just friendly joke.
Wouldn't imagine a fish to get herpes but guess just a virus so yeah

Yeah, mines in charge of cleaning new rocks and frags. He has taken care of gha and bubble, so I suppose he has some use.

Is it the same herpes or a different one? There may be a fish strain similar to how there are animal strains of hiv or even covid.

There’s tons of coronavirus in camels. We got like 99% of coronavirus es from camels

I just got 3 red scarlet hermits and i think got some calothrix ( kind of cyano bacteria) and all 3 hermits eating it away ( hope they be ok) ive read that red scarlets do eat cyano bacteria so should be ok i guess.
Not much algae in tank as only 2 months old so put some pellets in but they dont touch them.bought some ocean nutrition green algae today but so far they not touching that either so guess they content with the calothrix ^_^
