ETRC is having our annual frag swap again this year. As it has been in the past years, the swap is being held on the Saturday before Father's Day - June 16th, 2012.
Date: June 16th
Time: noon-4pm
Location: Fellowship Church - 8000 Middlebrook Pike, Knoxville TN 37909
Vendor's set-up:
Friday - 6pm - 8pm
Saturday - 8am - Noon
Table fee: none
Entrance fee: none
Club workers needed:
Set-up Friday before 4-6pm --- 4-6 folks, 6-8pm --- 4
Set-up Saturday 8am --- 2-4
Sign-in/raffle table --- 2/hr -- noon-3pm
Kitchen --- 2-4
Raffle set-up/administration --- 2-3
Clean up, 4-6+pm --- 4-6
There may be some needs that I am forgetting, but it would be hard to imagine too many helpers. I am sure that it could happen - but what a wonderful problem.
If you are a club member, you plan to have frags to sell, and you want to use the club frag tank, LMK. I am hoping we will not have enough room in the 2x2 tank.
If you are a club member and you have a display setup that you plan to use, that is not the club tank, we will need to make sure you have space on a ETRC table. LMK
