2016 Apex set up

Hello everyone. I just received my 2016 neptune apex, and I'm having a little trouble. Connecting my apex to my Wi-Fi. Does any one have any suggestions?

Are you talking about the classic or you referring tobthe latest one they put out? If it's the classic with the orange labels you need a Wi-Fi adapter to plug the apex into.

I struggled with this a lot too. What are you trying to access it with? Apple? Microsoft? If I remember correctly there are different sets of instructions for different operating systems. You just need to scroll further down the page until you get to the one you're using.

Neptune has a forum that's very helpful. I've also gotten a lot of help from them via email.

Yea. I look at the get started guide. The process was different if you are using a android device. I had to download a app. And poof it worked within sec
