Few updates today, got the tank on the stand, finished somewhat the plumbing for about 85.63%, put rock work in and sand.
I think I'm tired now and will go to bed.

Update 11/06/2012.

Ok, little election update,
Stand...........Natural stone with glass tile, check.
Ledge around tank on stand.........granite, check.
Behind the tank........... free standing back splash same natural stone with glass tile, 80/20 extrusion's coming out from there for the radions, check
Access to the tank, front and sides...........hardwood doors with dark stain glass inside, check.

For now, working on some more plumbing.

lol I thought it was a granite counter top w/an oval cutout for a sink.. I'm sitting here thinking whaaat the heck does this have to do with a tank build....
 
Well......... it is a or was a granite counter top from a outdoor kitchen that we had to demolish cause the contractor screwed up.
We build a whole new outdoor kitchen, 55G.
