20g long questions

Hello fellow reefers, I'm new to the salt aquarium/coral aquariums, heres what I have, 20g long with live sand 30+lbs rock, 2 clowns, 2 pepppermint shrimp, 1 goby, 1 chromis, I have a couple of what i was told was easy corals ( see pics ), 2 hob filters one i using carbon and filter floss, the other nitrate pad and pinky filter, 2 circulation fans, 165w led lights, i change water weekly approx 3 gallons, problem i have alot of hairy green/brownish stuff growing on rocks and glass, and tiny bubbles from it also. question am i doing something wrong?? looking for any suggestions, oh by the way tank has been running for almost a yr, and i was thinking of adding anenome to tank,

What are your parameters?
What clean up crew do you have?

Next would be are you using RODI?
Are your hob filters full of gunk when you clean them? They should be. Do you blow the gunk off the rocks regularly.
