20gallon reef build

Howdy everyone.
So I have been out of the saltwater gig for about a year, we moved and I had to break down my nano reef. Now we are settled and I want to start a new tank. This is a list of the equipment I have that I want to use. Please let me know whatcha think!
20gallon tank
Two 12in truelumen led light bars- one all white-one blue & white
One aqua excell hob skimmer
One fluval 305 canister filter
One heater
Two mini Aqueon power heads

I have about 15 lbs of rock I saved from my old tank.
I need to get some sand and a tank stand. I'm not sure what kind of stock I want...I really like soft corals but don't know what kind are good and hardy. For fish I'm thinking
Two clown fish
One fire fish
Shrimp
Hermits
One start fish
Let me know what y'all think. I'm not sure if having a hob and a canister would be nessary. And this canister is rated for a 70gal tank would that be too much flow? Or just have that for circulation and leave out the power heads?

Kinda ghetto. But didn't want to buy a stand. This is a custom made shipping box that my 20gal came in. Sanding it down and staining it. Super sturdy and free
