I have ordered a 81Litre 20 US gallon marine aquarium and don’t know what to stock it with I am going to decorate with dry sand and rock I know that I want ocellaris clownfish and pink tiled starfish as well as a few corals and I am considering emerald crabs and snails I’m not sure what do you think what type of snails would be best if I should get snails and could I have a sea urchin ? Help and recommendations will be appreciated

Hi! Clowns are a great choice! There’s a bunch of fish that are nice as well!

Cherub angels (my fav, pics included)
Longnose or geometric hawkish (careful with really tiny shrimps and crabs though)
Clown Gobies
Citron Goby
Goby/shrimp pair (many many many options)
Royal Gramma
Dottybacks (orchid and splendid are my favorites)
Coral Crouchers (need to be target fed)

Inverts that look fantastic:
Fire shrimp
Sexy Shrimp
Pom pom crabs
Porcelain crab (even better if you have an anemone for it!)

Well it looks like you have a good idea of what you want. Is the clownfish the only fish that you want? Or are there more fish that are catching your eye (check LiveAquaria for ideas)?

Here's the sticky in the general inverts forum regarding snails and crabs: https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/choosing-cleanup-crew-critters.258695/

about fish other than clownfish I like the look of coral crouches I think they are really cute so I’m going to do some more research but I will have a look to see what else I like if anything do my research and I will give that article a read :)
Edit: I have now read the article and have decided otherwise on snails they are good at cleaning but I don’t really like the look of them will one emerald crab do a sufficient job cleaning algae or should I look for something else aswell?
Edit2: I don’t want a coral croucher because they are venomous and I’d rather not risk getting hurt
