20H Sump Spacing

How would you set up the internal spacing of a 20H sump? Should I try to make the refugium as large as possible? I've got 24 inches to work with.

I'm using an IceCap k2-50 skimmer and a Sicce Syncra 1.0 as a return pump.

Skimmer/8 in baffle/Refugium/7.5 in baffle, 8 in floating baffle, 7.5 baffle/Return.

I have that size sump and made the middle chamber the biggest. I use it for live rock and filter media. I think it’s about 10” wide. The skimmer side and return pump are about 6 1/2”, with the glass dividers each 1/4” thick. It’s worked great for me. Good luck!

So one more question: what was your spacing between baffles in the bubble trap and how high was the middle baffle floating off the bottom?
