Nutrient deficiency
I have a problem getting my Nitrates up in the tank, and my corals are suffering because of it.
I feed 5-6 times a day and dose aminos every day, but still I can’t get to bump my nitrates up.
The tank has gradually gotten worse and worse, It`s more or less impossible to get
KNO3 in Norway after Breivik blew up the government building with that stuff.

I did buy 2 x 250ml bottles of Brightwell Neonitro and added it today as the description said and I got an instant improvement on my euphyllia corals with in 1 hour it opened up again.
But I used 95ml of the bottle and still it didn`t show on the test. So, I need something stronger and easier to get a hold of.
I did try to get calsium nitrate or sodium nitrate but same as with the potassium nitrate, I can`t find it.
I can get Haifa Multi-K Reci at a local gardening shop. It does say that its’s Potassium Nitrate but with low sodium content. Can I use this? Or should I try to get something else?
I need to go to a lab or something to get it here in Norway so won’t be easy.

Here you can see a frag of one of my old corals. It`s loosing tissue and are fading away in colour. It has been doing this for a few months no it has started to accelerate.
The mother colony of the above coral.
This picture off the fungia is from before dosing.
After I dosed Brightwell NeoNitro I did see an instant improvement just 1 hour after the fungia opened up.
The hammer has lost a head the past 3 weeks, and started to shrink..
After I dosed Brightwell NeoNitro I did see an instant improvement just 1 hour after the hammer increased in densety opened up.
Most of my SPS are gone by now.. still some hanging inn but strugeling and dosen`t have any color left.
More or less color less...
