Nice plumbing job

Thanks Chris! One thing after doing this design twice is although the manifold an T are compact, the right side return is tight and removing the pump can end up moving the bulkhead...so I am for the next build going to extend the T to the center back of the stand and use flex line with a true union from the pump outlet to the T..that will allow me to remove the pump with no stress or movement on the pipe leading to the bulkhead.

It seems no matter how well you plan something there is always a better way to tweak it. You could do this now right? The last thing you want is a bulkhead failing on you.

I am toying with it. I hate this small style motor on the Reeflo pumps and had requested a 17 frame motor (the bigger Baldor motors). I tried this newer motor for 3 days and Reeflo is swapping me for a 17 frame..they are much quieter, so since I am draining the overflow to do this to avoid a spill, I may rebuild the outflow and cut to whole manifold and T to mount to the back. Whats another 24hours of drying time, right?

Thanks Zef!

Look, water and sand yay!

Side note and props to ecotech..yet again! I had a poet supply to one of my mp40's gp and it fried my driver. Cost me $35.00 to get back up and running from ecotech support! And I had the parts next day...awesome service even though it is 2 years old.
