Sure.. It is a small see through canister that has a center bar that runs the length of the canister and is sealed and separate and it has very bright led's (lots of them) beaming light out from center.The unit is called a "PAX BELLUM" and I purchased it threw "Unique Corals" threw the owner and my friend (Joe Capperata).... After 30 days I have a packed cylinder of cheato that I disgard...Also the copepodes that grow and that are released back into the tank are incredible...My mandarin fish will sit and wait for the little bugs that come out of the return..Hope this helps,contact me for anything

Fortunately for me the sun never hits the tank directly,so it works out fine..
