Hello, do you know if those 2X Finnex 500 Watt Heaters will be able to handle a 350gallon aquarium? If not what do you guys recommend?

Easily yes. I ran 1 for a 220 gallon and 1 for backup that never ran.

1x may do it but 2x will have no problem. You’ll want backup heaters that only turn on if there’s a failure as well.
