220g Tank, Stand, and Canopy

Looking at an add to buy a used 220g (84x24x24), stand, and canopy, nothing else. Looks like it has been maintained well. What would you consider a fair price? What about a good deal?

Would need to know manufacture date to give good suggested price but if under 3 years or so fair would be 6-7 hundred and good would be 4-5. With no equipment used is a hard sell to me a tank is only a fraction of what you need. I’m cheap though and found my 210 with all equipment for 800 only 2 years old when I got it but that was 4 years ago.
