We recently upgraded to a 230 from a leaking 90gal

the return pump is 15000L jeabo dc pump which works great .
I used the same cp-120 jeabo crossflow on the one end .
it’s working and even on the on the other end you can see the euphillia frags pulsing

we were thinking of adding more flow and thinking of a second crossflow
Or has anyone put 2 crossflow pumps on the back wall

the tank is 72”x27”x27”x 27” deep

you will be creating too much flow in that scenario, the reason being is, is you cannot sync those jebao gyres with each other. In your scenario adding more pumps will just add flow into the tank, but no other controllability other than setting a wave pattern or speed on each specific pump.

I highly suggest looking into upgrading your flow to a Hydros WaveEngine with supported pumps to connect to it and being able to be controlled through the app for a custom flow. Or Ecotech Vortechs. Or any combination of pumps with a controller that is able to alternate flow between those pumps like octopulse/maxspect gyres/icecap gyres etc.

What such controllers do is not just using two pumps, but also alternating the pumps to change directions and not just create a flow cyclone in your tank.

This will cost you more of course, but trust me it will be extremely beneficial and free up a lot of headaches.
