Now that it's empty, I'm putting my 235 gallon tank up for sale. Tank is 1 yr old and was made by Dutch Aquarium Systems. Full specs below

Dimensions:

60" wide (5 feet)
30" tall
30" wide

Rimless with no eurobracing, 3/4" glass, black silicone
Back of the tank is painted black which can easily be removed.

Plumbing setup:

Corner overflow box on the left side of the tank
2x 1.5" drains
2x 1" return lines

Stand:

36" tall steel stand with the front and right side completely open.
Stand has leveling feet for easy leveling
Note: The cross bracing on the bottom of the stand has been removed. I asked the manufacturer and they ok'd this modification.

Stand Skins:
The stand has wooden skins that fit over the front and sides (back is open). The front panel has 2 wide doors that open for easy access. The left side panel has 3 flattened ovals cut in it for airflow.

The whole skin was painted with a polyurethane sealant, then black latex paint to prevent water damage.

$1750 for tank, stand, stand skins and new loc-line plumbing. I may have some left over cured live rock as well to sweeten the deal.

How much would that be by the pound?

Even though I didn't lift it, I held the door and watched the young bucks from RT6 struggle to get that in there a couple of weeks back. Who is going to call RT6 back together when they pick up this tank at your bargain basement price. Wish I had the dough right now...I'd be in line.

Bump...I'm always open to reasonable offers. I also have about 25 lbs of cured rock that I'll throw in as well.

Do you have any current pics of the set up?

I don't. I could take some, but I'm using the tank to continue to cure the live rock that I have left over. Therefore, the picture isn't overly sexy.

Rev, im sure there are some videos he has of his setup when he was working it up. may want to poke thru his website.

Bump: If you are a MTRC or R2R premium member, I'll take $200 off the price.

Here's a picture of the tank setup
