Ive had it for a year and its in great shape. Includes 4 bulbs (2 Blue+, 1 Purple+, 1 Actinic) which have about 4 months of use, hanging kit and ballast. This model is compatible with the newest Wifi ballast ATI recently released. Asking $650 shipped.
