If I tell you, it's a lie.... I honestly can not remember! It has been sitting unused for a year.

Thanks for your honesty, I'm getting ready to replace my bulbs and figured if they were new I could get a great deal and you could get some money and make everyone happy. Still a great deal, good luck with the sale.

I lied to everyone.... Absolutely unintended!!!!

I pulled out the ballast to make sure everything was still running correct. It is a 150 watt with 2 PC. Not 250 watt. Sorry I will close and re list
