Pics say it all. It's missing a few bolts. I retired the ballasts so each t5 plug will light 1 bulb from each bank rather than one bank per plug. Also there a picture attached of how the original owner wired up the non-euro ballast plug.
Includes radium 250 bulb that's around 6 months old. Will also include nearly new 400 watt radium bulb and some other random new bulbs.
No ballast included, no t5 included. I have a Hamilton m80 ballast available that would be in a separate box. I would sell it for $50 plus actual shipping if you buy the light. I also have a lumantek selectable wattage ballast (250, 250hqi, 400, 400 superlumen) that I would sell for 100 shipped if you buy the light.
