As much as I love this setup, I seem to be struggling with heat here in south FL. This is a 24" grey fixture with quad T5s and a 150 watt de mh. I bought the unit used but replaced all the bulbs. Bulbs are all giesemann, T5 colors are the super purple (2) and super actinic (2). Fixture itself is in excellent condition, no dents or scratches. All bulbs are about 4 months old. The mh is a little less than that and has only been used maybe 8 times. A ballast is included, although not giesemann, it's a reef flex cube capable of 250 watts. Best ballast I've ever used. Gives off absolutely no heat. The previous owner maybe had it stored too close to water so the screws look a little rusty but it works flawlessly. Because all the bulbs are newer and the ballast is bulky, I'm asking $450 shipped. I'll have to ship the light and ballast separately. Also interested in trades, but only looking for hydras. 2 26's or a 52 non hd is what I'm after.

Is this a 150Watt model or 250Watt? Can you please take a picture of the label detail?

It's 150 watt. The ballast is 250 watt. There isn't a label that I can see on the fixture

Ttt. Great light with newish bulbs! Forgot to mention the mh bulb is the 14k bulb, the one giesemann recommends for a balance of growth and color.

You'd have to raise it up, but between the halide and all 4 T5's there should be plenty of par

Still looking for a couple of hydra 26's or a 52 if anyone wants to trade. Got a shot of the ballast, the fan is a little dusty but everything works excellently. Everything is easily replace/repairable on the reef flex cubes.
