24 hour lighting

Hi again. I just got a couple of timer plugs and was wondering how to set up the lighting for a 24 hour cycle?
The options are no lights at all, moonlight, and full on LEDs.
The tank contains zoas, palys, mushrooms and a blasto, five fish, one fire shrimp and cuc.
Any recommendations?

You don’t want more that 8 hours of lighting on your aquarium. Best to have the lights on when you are home so you can enjoy the aquarium.
